Product Feature
  1. Hydraulic Drive System: Supports bi-directional sweeping (forward and reverse). The hopper bottom is equipped with replaceable wear-resistant plates to extend the overall service life.
  2. Durable Brush Design: The sweeper uses a high-performance hybrid brush. The plastic bristles are made from high-elasticity, wear-resistant polypropylene, while the steel bristles are crafted from 32SiMnTi, a high-toughness, abrasion-resistant alloy, significantly improving sweeping efficiency and brush longevity.
  3. Anti-Tangle Motor Protection: The motor end features an anti-wrapping design to prevent string-like materials from damaging the motor.
  4. Anti-Overturn Safety Structure: A reinforced design prevents the top cover from flipping excessively, protecting the operator's cab.
  5. Optional Side Brush: An additional side brush is available for edge cleaning along curbs, walls, and drainage channels.
  6. Optional High-Pressure Dust Suppression: A high-pressure atomized mist system can be added to suppress airborne dust during operation.

  3. A universal quick attach broom fits common SSL/CTL and compact loader mounts, delivering a low-profile, compact footprint sweeper that works where truck sweepers can’t.
  4. Cleaning performance stays high shift after shift thanks to abrasion-resistant hybrid poly and steel bristles (also available as polypropylene bristle or steel wire bristle), a reinforced top cover with anti-overturn structure, brush motor guard with anti-tangle/anti-wrap motor protection, and a reliable hydraulic motor fed by heavy-duty hydraulic lines.
  5. The replaceable bolt-on wear plates and wear-resistant hopper plates keep the industrial-grade, heavy-duty pickup broom working longer with easy maintenance and service-friendly access.

Dial in site compliance with dust suppression sweeper options, including high-pressure mist/atomized water dust control, and add the edge cleaning side brush / optional side broom for tight corners and transitions.
